Code Enforcement Forms & Applications

Forms may be filled out online, printed and returned to the Code Enforcement Office.

Most permits may also be obtained by using our Online Permitting System.

Citizens who use these forms should still consult with the Code Officer concerning their building plans to ensure that they are applying for work that is permitted in the town's Ordinances.
