Advisory Committees, not requiring reappointment: Advisory Committees are established by the board to perform a specific function i.e. study a particular problem or issue. The committee may make recommendations to the board but may not act for the board. Membership may include individuals who are not elected members of the board. Advisory Committees do not require an annual reappointment; members typically serve for the length of the committee.
- CE School Building Advisory Committee (SBAC) Co-Chair Cindy Voltz and Member Caitlin Sweet
- The SBAC consists of nine members. The Committee is a joint ad-hoc advisory committee of the School Board and Town Council, assisting them in their respective responsibilities for development of a school building project and funding which meets the Department of Education guidelines for major capital school construction projects and submit to the Town voters.

- The DEI Committee works towards adopting policies and procedures, improving climate and culture for the purpose of supporting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive school environment for staff and students.
