Pay-per-throw Waste Disposal

At their Nov. 8, 2010 meeting, the Town Council voted not to pursue a pay-per-throw system of household waste disposal at this time.

Municipal Operations Review 

The Town Council on Nov. 8, 2010 accepted the draft report of the Municipal Operations Review Committee and thanked the commitee for their work. The committee voted to disband on Sept. 23, 2010.

Thomas Memorial Library Building Project

Cape Elizabeth voters on Nov. 6, 2012 rejected a referendum to borrow up to $6 million for construction of a new Thomas Memorial Library. The vote was 2,696 for and 3,566 against.
