Staggered three-year terms
Commission met at 7 p.m. on the second Tuesday of the month except July and August.
Commission met in the Thomas Memorial Library

Duties and responsibilities included: coordinating and serving as a clearinghouse for arts activities, selecting artists and preparing a calendar of Gallery exhibits; and distributing any funds that may be appropriated in the municipal budget.
