Election Day voting Nov. 8 moved to High School cafeteria

Due to water damage at the High School gym, polling on Election Day Nov. 8, 2016 will take place in the High School cafeteria.

Voter parking and entrance will still be at the rear of the High School , but voters will be directed to the cafeteria across the hall from the gym, where polling is usually held, said Town Clerk Debra Lane.

The gym floor was damaged Oct. 31 after a kickball struck a sprinkler head, causing the sprinklers to go off.

Absentee voting continues at Town Hall through Thursday, Nov. 3.
