43:25 Item # 52 -2016   Zoning Violation
Please see the   linked letter  from an attorney representing Cheryl and Scott Joys at 10 Star Road.  See related memorandum   from Code Enforcement Officer Ben McDougal.  It is recommended that you authorize the town manager to work with the town attorney to draft a consent agreement for your consideration that would provide for the property owner to pay all of the town’s legal and filing costs for the consent agreement and would provide for a payment to the town recognizing the seriousness of the setback violation.

The Thomas Memorial Library Foundation recently provided the town a check for $570,069.71 for library furnishings, shelving, technology, the outdoor garden and other amenities for the new Thomas Memorial Library.  It is recommended to accept the gift with gratitude to all those who supported the library capital campaign through individual giving and though volunteer efforts.
