This is an initial application for this new restaurant at 327 Ocean House Road in the Pond Cove Shopping Center.

The Town Council will consider the recommendations of the Fort Williams Advisory Commission regarding revenues to be generated within Fort Williams Park.

The Ordinance Committee is recommending a public hearing be set for Monday, March 8, 2010 at 7:30 p.m. at the Cape Elizabeth Town Hall on proposed ordinance provisions relating to post construction stormwater management plans.

The Appointments Committee is recommending a candidate to serve on the Personnel Appeals Board.

FairPoint Communications has submitted an application for approval of a pole location on Thompson Road at its intersection with Shore Road.

The Cape Courier, a not for profit newspaper, has leased space at the Town Hall for many years. It is proposed to extend the terms of the current lease in a new lease expiring on March 31, 2012.

The Fort Williams Advisory Commission has recommended approval of the following group uses of Fort Williams Park in 2010.
Cape Elizabeth Little League- May through July
Cape Elizabeth High School Commencement- June 13
CEHS Commencement Rehearsals on June 9, 10 and 11
Cape Elizabeth Family Fun Day- June 12 with rain date of June 19
Portland Amateur Wireless Association- June 26 and 27
TD Bank Beach to Beacon 10K Road Race- August 7
Road Race Setup- August 2-6
Monhegan Race Observation Post- August 6-8
CEFD Engine One Art Show- September 5 and rain date of Sept. 6.
