Item# 20-2010 Ocean House Pizza- Annual Malt and Vinous License Renewal
This is an annual license renewal for this restaurant at 337 Ocean
House Road.

Item# 21-2010 Town Council Goals for 2010
It is proposed to approve Town Council Goals for 2010.

Item# 22-2010 Shore Road Path Grant Application
It is proposed to authorize the Town Manager to apply to PACTS for a
grant to construct the proposed Shore Road path.

Item# 23-2010 Sprague Great Pond Easement
It is proposed to gratefully accept an easement from the Sprague
Corporation in the vicinity of Great Pond and Alewife Brook and to
protect the vegetated buffer around Great Pond though boat access and
storage provisions contained within said easement.

Item# 24-2010 Winnick Woods Use Regulations
The Planning Board and the Conservation Commission have varying
positions on two issues regarding the use of Winnick Woods. The Town
Manager recommends that the Town Council request the Planning Board to
remove recently approved conditions related to hours of use and dog
leashing. The Town Council anticipates addressing property use issues
this year through a greenbelt and open space management plan.

Item# 25-2010 Requested Executive Session
It is proposed to enter executive session in accordance with 1 MRSA
§405 to discuss:
1. Contractual issues relating to the current contract with the Cape
Elizabeth Police Benevolent Association
2. The June 30, 2010 expiration of the collective bargaining agreement
with Local 340 of the Teamsters who represent public works employees
3. Property acquisition/disposition issues.
4. The annual evaluation of the Town Manager.
