Review of Minutes of Meeting held June 8, 2009
Item# 110-2009 Administrative Code (“Postponed” June 8, 2009 to July 13, 2009)
The Council-Manager Charter for the Town of Cape Elizabeth provides in Article III, Sec 1-8 that the Town Manager shall prepare an administrative code, submit it to the council for adoption and be responsible for its administration after adoption. The Town Manager has prepared a revised administrative code and has submitted it to the Town Council for adoption.
Item# 113-2009 Goddard Mansion
It is recommended to set a public hearing on Monday, September 14, 2009 at 7:30 p.m. on the recommendations of the Fort Williams Advisory Commission regarding the Goddard mansion.
Item# 114-2009 Report on Workshop on Town Center Intersection
The Town Council will hold a workshop at 6:30 p.m. with representatives of MDOT and PACTS regarding the Town Center intersection. The Town Council Chairman will provide a report on what occurred at the workshop.
Item# 115-2009 Appointments Committee Report
The Appointments Committee is recommending a vacancy be filled on the Arts Commission.
Item# 116-2009 Financial Update and Carry Forward Balances
The Town Manager is recommending that the Town Council authorize certain balances to be carried forward into the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2009. An updated financial report will also be presented.
Item# 117-2009 Proposed Municipal operations Review Committee
The Town Council has discussed the potential for establishing a committee to review municipal operations. A draft charge is provided.

Item# 118-2009 Poverty Abatement Request
It is recommended that the Town Council in conformance with 1 MRSA §405 6 F enter executive session to review a request for a poverty abatement.
