01:21:13 2) To hear the request of Austin Chadd of 191 Fowler Road (Map U44-28) to appeal the Code Enforcement Officer’s denial of a building permit to construct an agricultural building that is intended to be used as part of the applicant’s existing produce business which is located at a different site.
