01:05 1. To hear the request continued from September 22, 2015 of Stephen & Ann Misterovich for a variance to construct an addition on the front of their home at 10 Beacon Lane, Map U15 - Lot 64. The new construction is proposed to be 17’ 8” from the front property line while the Zoning Ordinance requires 25 feet.
32:38 2. To hear the administrative appeal of Appletree Cottage LLC regarding the Code Enforcement Officer’s decision to approve building permit # 150525. The building permit is for two accessory structures at 15 Sunrise Drive, Map U14 Lot 38.
02:02:02 3. To hear the request of John M. and Sue-Anne Higgins for a variance to construct a 26’ x 26’ garage addition to their single family dwelling at 15 Vernon Road, Map U19 Lot 7-34.
02:13:06 4. To hear the request of Peter and Laura Marston to reconstruct and expand a portion of their nonconforming single family dwelling at 55 Hannaford Cove Road, Map U14 Lot 6.
5. To hear the request of Edward and Sybil McCarthy to reconstruct and expand a portion of a nonconforming single family dwelling at 13 Lawson Road, Map U8 Lot 41. The applicants have a contract to purchase the property. - (postponed to next meeting)
