01:12:00 The town council will discuss reaffirming the previously approved resolution welcoming all people from June 13, 2017.

01:55:27 Council discussion on approving basic language for some kind of sign in town. Potential proposed text for such a sign being "Cape rejects racism. Hate has no place here."

02:32:07 Task the Appointments Committee or an ad hoc subcommittee of the council with developing a charge for a to-be-appointed (through normal appointments process) Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee to focus on issues relating but not limited to racial injustice and creating a positive and welcoming environment for all people in Cape Elizabeth.

Motion to refer the creation of a new committee to address racism and and inequality to the Appointments Committee
