Next steps in the Short Term Rental Permitting process

Only Monday, April 11, 2021 the Town Council approved the Short Term Rental Amendments [Article].
- Short Term Rental applications will be available June 1.
- New Short Term Rental Regulations will go into effect July 1.
The Code Enforcement Office has provided the following guideline outlining the new Short Term Rental Regulations which all short term rental operators must be in compliance with beginning July 1:
