$200 million in rental relief funds available to Maine residents

Maine has received $200 million in rent relief funds from the federal Emergency Rental Assistance Program.  Maine State Housing Authority (MaineHousing) administers the program and has re-opened the application process to tenants and landlords.  To apply or to learn more about eligibility please visit the MaineHousing application portal here.

Tenants and landlords in need of relief must apply in order to be considered.  MaineHousing is asking that communities spread the word on this available program.

MaineHousing is an independent authority created by the Maine State Legislature in 1969 to address problems of unsafe, unsuitable, overcrowded, and unaffordable housing.
