Starting Monday, Oct. 12, 2020, the Bottle Shed at the Recycling Center will be available to residents who wish to donate their returnables. Proceeds are distributed to Cape Elizabeth non-profit organizations that benefit Cape youth.

"I am happy to announce that we have worked through all the logistics and setup, and are now ready to reopen the Bottle Donations program at the town's Recycling Center," said Public Works Director Jay Reynolds.

The Bottle Shed closed in mid-March due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Swap Shop at the Recycling Center remains closed until further notice.
