Students Hosting Municipal Candidates Night October 21

Students from Cape Elizabeth High School's advanced-placement government class will host a municipal virtual candidates night on Wednesday, October 21, 2020 beginning at 7:00 p.m.  This is the second of two scheduled candidates nights prior to the November 2020 election.  The forum will be held by videoconference and will be broadcast live on CETV Channel 3.  There are four candidates running for two seats on the Town Council, and three candidates running for two seats on the School Board.

Last Wednesday, October 14, students conducted a virtual candidates night with candidates for the state House districts 30 and 32; and state Senate District 29.  This event is currently being replayed on the CETV website and is available for video-on-demand until November 3. 

SCHEDULE:

Wednesday, October 21 from 7:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.: Candidates for Town Council and School Board. Four candidates are running for two seats on the Town Council, and three are running for two seats on the School Board.

Viewers may call-in with questions.
