Hazardous Waste Collection and E-Waste Collection rescheduled to Nov. 7

Cape Elizabeth's 2020 Household Hazardous Waste and E-Waste Collection Day, slated for 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, May 2, has been rescheduled to Nov. 7 due to efforts to contain the coronavirus COVID-19. recycling logo

"This decision is being made for health safety reasons related to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) virus to reduce the exposure of staff working the event and residents who participateMembers of the Recycling Committee will be on hand to answer questions and distribute information," said Public Works Director Robert Malley.

The collection will be held at the Public Works Building on Cooper Drive, below the Recycling Center.
