High School eSports debuts live on CETV Oct. 29

CETV, Cape Elizabeth's public-access channel, will broadcast the first competition of the High School's new eSports Club live from the school's achievement center at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2019.

The match can be viewed on Spectrum Channel 1302, on the CETV website or on any Apple TV or Roku device [Click here for setup instructions].

The eSports Club has been established to help create, promote, and support competitive eSports at the local, state, and national level for Cape High students. The club has chosen the League of Legends through PlayVS for their first competition.

The match will replay at noon on Saturday, Nov. 1 on CETV, and on-demand any time on the CETV website.

Future matches for the fall season will be at 4 p.m. Tuesdays, with the final game on Dec. 17. The club is planning to broadcast all matches live, with replays at noon the following Saturdays and on-demand.
