Here is the text of an invitation letter sent to residents:

January 11, 2018
To: Beverly Terrace Residents
From: Robert C. Malley, Director of Public Works

Many of you are aware ofthe existing drainage problems related to the partial failure of the common cellar drain that some homes on Beverly Terrace are connected into. Last summer the Town contracted with the engineering ft.rm of Sebago Technics to document existing conditions, develop options for drainage improvements and prepare cost estimates for the Town to consider. Sebago Technics has made good progress and we feel it is an appropriate time to share our information and proposals with you.

An informational meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, February 7 Monday, Feb. 26, 2018 to meet with residents, share our proposed solution and solicit comments. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers Lower Level Conference Room of the Town Hall starting at 7:00PM.

If you are unable to attend this meeting and have any questions regarding the project, please feel free to contact me at 799-4151 or via email at robert.malley@capeelizabeth.org
