The Open Space Inventory is a list, with maps, of all land that provides legal public access. The list, included in the 2012 Management of Greenbelt and Open Space Plan, is divided into four categories: land owned by the town, easements owned by the town, land owned by the Land Trust, and easements owned by the Cape Elizabeth Land Trust. The inventory is the basis for the Open Space Impact fee applied to all subdivision applications.
