The Assessor's Tax Commitment Database. This reflects the ownership and condition of property on April 1 along with the corresponding taxes. 2. The Assessor's Database - most recent version. This reflects recent changes in ownership, addresses, and condition of property since the last commitment of taxes. If you would like a copy of our assessor's database emailed to you, please fill out the form below. The database will be emailed to you within three business days. The data is in comma separated value (csv) format, compressed to approximately 200 KB in a ZIP file. You will need a decompression utility such as PKZIP, WINZIP (Windows) or Stuffit Expander. (Windows and Mac OS) to unzip the file. Once you have unzipped Assessdb.zip, click on it to launch your spreadsheet, or, open your spreadsheet program and open assessdb.csv.
