I. Old Business
A. Polices ready for second reading:
1. JRA – Student Records and Information
2. JRA-E – Annual Notice of Student Education Records and Information Rights
3. JRA-R – Student Records and Information, Administrative Guidelines
4. IHBAC – Child Find
B. Policies ready for first reading:
JICH – Substance Abuse change to policy removes parent meeting requirement for non-athletic extracurricular groups
JLCA – Physical Exams of Cape Elizabeth Students – administration will review the forms and procedures to streamline process
involving the Athletic Director and Nurses. If changes impact the policy, administration will return to the committee with
recommended changes to the policy.
II. New Business
Concussion policy – the administration will review JJJ for any needed updates/changes and determine if this is the appropriate policy
to address the issue of concussions/impact testing.
