The Maine Department of Transportation has made available the presentation
notes made to residents on the proposed improvements to Spurwink Avenue.

The project includes grinding existing roadway, a foamed asphalt treatment
and rebasing of small segments of the traveled way between Route 77 and Deer
Run Road. New pavement will include 3-foot paved shoulders.
Representatives of MDOT presented to the public at a Town Hall meeting Feb.

plans for the project
