Absentee balloting underway for June 10 primary, referendum election

Absentee ballots are now available for the June 10, 2008 primary and referendum election.

Absentee ballots for the school budget validation vote, also scheduled for June 10, will not be available until May 28. (Click here for related story).

Under Maine law, any registered voter may vote absentee. You may do so in person at Town Hall, or request a ballot be sent to you by filling in an application.

Applications for absentee ballots are available on this Web site. Applications are in Adobe PDF format, and may be filled in on your computer and printed out, to be mailed or carried to the Town Clerk's Office, 320 Ocean House Road, Cape Elizabeth ME 04107.
