The 36th annual Engine 1 Labor Day Art Show is scheduled for 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 31, 2003. Rain date is Monday, Sept. 1.

More than 150 artists will be displaying their original works. Admission and parking is free.

Artists interested in participating in the show are required to have five framable, original pieces in one of three categories -- oil paintings, water colors, and photography.

Artists who participated in the show last year have first chance to register for the 2003 show. New artists will be able to apply for space after April 18.
