Police release composite drawing
of 'intruder'
Cape Elizabeth Police have released a composite drawing of a man who has
come to be known as the "intruder."
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5-foot-10, of medium
build, 18-23 years of age, with brown fuzzy hair, and usually
wearing dark clothing.
The composite is based on descriptions of the perpetrator reported in four
incidences of an intruder entering a home during the night. The first two
were reported last August, a third in December, and the fourth in February.
The recent home intrusions have all occurred at the north end of the Mitchell
Road area.
There has been no evidence of forced entry or theft during the intrusions.
According to Capt. Brent Sinclair, police are following up on the many calls
received since the composite was first released, but nothing of value has
been gleaned from the tips so far.
In other news, police report that Scott Biller, a convicted sex offender
once living in Cape Elizabeth, has been released from custody but is residing
in another town. |
