7:00 1. Approval of February 1, 2007 minutes
7:05 2. Correspondence:

7:10 3. Plan Revisions. Attached are pages with italicized text showing changes
made at the last meeting.
7:25 4. Priority Setting. The committee will, as a group, assign a priority
ranking to each of the implementation steps. See attached list
8:45 5. Vision Statement. The committee will review the vision statement
in light of the priority setting and in response to suggestions for
revisions.
9:10 6. Implementation Step 81. At the last meeting, the committee requested
additional information on how this step might look. See attached.
9:20 7. Submission of plan to Town Council. The committee should decide how
a final draft of the plan will be reviewed prior to submission to the Town
Council. Other documentation to be forwarded to the Town Council may include:
Telephone Survey Summary Report, Forum minutes, copies of all
correspondence.
9:30 8. Next meeting. No additional meetings are scheduled.
9:31 9. Citizen Comments – This time is set aside for nonmembers of
the committee to comment.
