Library tours to offer first-hand look at deficiencies, limitations of current building

The Thomas Memorial Library Board of Trustees has scheduled a series of half-hour tours of the library as part of its public engagement plan on the need for a new library and cultural center.

A 2009 study prepared by consultants Himmel & Wilson reported 102 building deficiencies, including building-code and accessibility issues.

No reservations are required for the tours. Here is a list of scheduled dates and times:
