Item added: 2. Post-Construction Stormwater Amendment - The Ordinance Committee has previously recommended this ordinance to the Town Council, which has scheduled a public hearing for March 8, 2010. Subsequent to the Ordinance Committee recommendation, the Public Works Director is requesting that a minor amendment be incorporated that makes it clear that previously approved subdivisions would not be subject to the reporting requirements. The amendment is attached. The Ordinance Committee is requested to review and recommend on this amendment before the March 8th public hearing.
