| Chief Neil R. Williams
Chief Williams has been in law enforcement since 1974. He graduated from
Southern Maine Technical College and the University of Southern Maine. In
1994, he graduated from the FBI National Academy. Chief Williams was promoted
through the ranks, attaining Chief of Police in June 2000.
