The Fort Williams Advisory Commission has recommended revised fees for use of the picnic shelter, bandstand and gazebo at Fort Williams Park.

Notes:
The new members of the Town Council will take their oath and be seated at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, December 14, 2009.
The votes at the caucus are usually done by consensus with a formal vote for each position and the adoption of the rules occurring as the first orders of business at the December 14 meeting. The draft agenda for the December 14 meeting will be prepared with the names listed for each position based on the caucus consensus. The first meeting actual vote has never varied from the consensus at the caucus.
The participants at the caucus are the members of the 2010 Town Council including the members-elect. Outgoing members of the Town Council customarily do not attend although the caucus is a public meeting and anyone may attend.
The caucus will be convened by the town clerk who will preside only until a consensus is reached on who will serve as the chairman of the 2010 Town Council. In years when the council chairman is continuing as a councilor, the outgoing chair convenes the caucus.
