AGENDA
1. Minutes: March 26, 2008
2. Correspondence: Letter from J. Petrus
3. Meeting Schedule. The Committee may want to schedule meetings in advance
for the next several months. This should include a second site walk on Shore
Rd.
4. Review Proposals. The committee should discuss the procedure they will
use to select the winning proposal. (See enclosed proposals)
5. Public Information effort. The revised letter to abutters is attached.
The committee may also want to prepare a status update article for general
circulation.
